My experience as a psychotherapist spans twenty-five years, working with individuals, couples, and groups. Whether using the newer methods of energy medicine & psychology, such as Psych-K, EMDR, or BodyTalk, or more traditional insight-oriented modes of treatment, my approach is based on a plan mutually determined with the client. Ultimately, my aim is to help restore the connection to the answer that lies within. Being in touch with one’s own innate wisdom is usually a welcome relief, often accompanied by a release of body tension and a sense of great joy.
